A carbon fork that will take you anywhere. That was the first thought we had when dreaming up a carbon fork for adventure biking. Whether it’s gravel, bikepacking, pack rafting or any epic adventure, this fork can do it all. It’s light, strong and gives you the ability to carry an impressive amount of gear. With Beefcake, you can have your cake and eat it too!

Leave those skinny tires at home. Beefcake is the largest tire volume carbon gravel bikepacking fork in the world! The Beefcake is designed to fit up to 27.5 x 3.0 or 29 x 2.6 wheels to give you the traction and cushioning you need to tackle those epic rides. With a 425 mm AC length, clearing snow and peanut butter mud is never an issue. With Beefcake you can go big and go home.

You can never carry enough stuff. We outfitted Beefcake with 9 anodized bosses.  3 – M5 bosses running vertically on the outside of each fork leg. These are angled rearward to help keep your gear from hanging up in narrow single track. Smart. 1 – M5 boss on the inside of each fork leg for mounting fenders. 1 oversized M6 boss under the crown for mounting a light, rack, or whatever you can dream up (spatulas anyone?). All of these mounts have been ISO tested and real-world field-tested to hold 5 Kg – each! So go ahead and throw an extra freeze-dried steak on the Beefcake!

What? You want more? How about dropouts that will accept our standard 15 mm thru-axle or our 12 mm thru-axle optional conversion kit? Slick – right? Easy to swap, our axles are made from 7075-T6 premium alloy and have a conical knurled non-drive side interface for optimized surface area contact. Plus, an M6 non-drive side head and an M5 drive side “get out of jail free card” backup head. Are you a Beefcake convert yet?

The Beefcake comes equipped with our new 15 mm thru-axle. Totally redesigned to be stronger and easier to install. With a 6 mm hex head on one side and a 5 mm on the other, you will never get stuck again.

Want to go lighter, or have a 12 mm dynamo hub you can’t live without, grab our optional 12 mm axle kit. Complete with 12 mm axle, dropout reducers and locknut. This kit is easy to swap and adds one more feature to an already loaded fork.
